Dr. Craig O. Chaffee, DVM
Craig O. Chaffee DVM, practice owner, grew up in the Rome area and graduated from Northeast Bradford Schools thirty-something years ago. He received a BS in Animal Science from Colorado State University and lived in Alaska before veterinary school. He graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. He met his wife, Amy, while working in clinics in Alaska, and moved to western Pennsylvania before moving back to this area in 2000.
Rose Renninger, Receptionist
Rose was born and raised in the valley area where she graduated from Athens High School. After graduation, she moved to Washington, DC where she accepted a position with the FBI. She lived in the Maryland area for 17 years before moving back home to Athens to raise her son. She is married to Harold Renninger, III, and she has 5 beautiful grandchildren who are the light of her life. She and Harold are avid motorcyclists. They are the proud "parents" of a 8 year old Newfoundland named Harley.
Kim Baumunk, Veterinary Assistant
Kim graduated from Troy HS in 2005. After attending Mansfield University as an Art Major, she decided to pursue a career as a Veterinary Assistant. Her previous experience included a veterinary office and boarding kennels. Kim is married to Jay and together they have a dog, Nikita, a rabbit, Java and 2 cats, Estella and Merlin. She hopes to own and train her own halflingers in the future.
Niki Atherton-Ely, Veterinary Technician
Niki received her CVT degree from Harcum College in 1993. She is married to Dave and they have 3 children. They share their home with 2 dogs, 3 cats, 1 rabbit and 1 horse. She likes to hang out with her family and their hobbies are fishing, camping and horseback riding.
